Description

The VLITEX battery safety box is the latest member of our product family and sets new standards for the safe handling of lithium-ion batteries. Whether at home, on the road or in professional use - this robust box ensures optimum protection when storing, charging or transporting your batteries.

Safety meets versatility

Two sizes to choose from:
- L: 21.5 x 16.0 x 14.5 cm | with 8 adjustable dividers
- XL: 39.5 x 31.0 x 25.5 cm | with 6 adjustable dividers and 3 holes in the lid for better pressure relief
Individual interior partitioning: Thanks to variable fiberglass partitions, batteries of almost any size fit safely in the box. In the event of a fire, the partitions prevent the fire from spreading to other batteries.
High-quality material composition: multi-layer glass fiber fabric offers heat resistance up to 1,000 °C (short-term) and reliably protects against flames and heat.

Innovative features for maximum safety

Firewall cable routing: Enables safe charging in the box. Smoke and flames remain inside the box in the event of a fire.
High insulating effect: Five layers of material ensure that the heat stays in the bag when the battery is on fire - an external temperature of just 60 °C was tested by the fire department.
Additional safety: wide Velcro fasteners and sturdy buckles ensure a firm hold and secure fastening.
Practical extras: external pockets for accessories and a sturdy carrying handle make the box the ideal companion.

Tested by experts

The VLITEX Battery Safety Box L was tested by local fire departments under realistic conditions. The boxes withstood the test without any problems. Three LiPo batteries, each with 45.8Wh (L), and one e-bike battery with 740Wh (XL) were tested.
