The reusability of the fire blanket depends on the fire load, i.e. how long and at what temperatures it was used. It should also be checked whether the ceiling has been mechanically damaged, for example by cracks or holes.
We have noticed that the silicone coating sometimes reacts with white spots. This is a normal reaction in which the coating burns into the glass fibers - the functionality of the ceiling remains unaffected.
Even with cracks or holes up to the size of a handball, the effectiveness of the ceiling is not negatively affected.
